Muay is a specific martial art which has been most popular sport for hundreds of years in Thailand and in some neighbouring countries. Its unique among other kinds of fighting disciplines is in its approach to close quarters fighting. Fighters are able to more effectively use their elbows, knees, feet and fists than in other martial arts.
